2013

2013

(A year of Loss...........)

After having such a FUN and Eventfull Year in 2012 (being one of the best years in my life)
2013 was the opposite, it was the WORST year of my personal and career life.

From feeling of Complete and accomplished, to a year of loss and failure.

April

My dad past away in April 2013, it was the darkest moments in my life. But lets not get into that, this blog is for my life as an animator, which is to inspire.

May to October

(my awesome Housemates, Depot Road Club House)

The cycle returns...
One by one, colleagues that ive cherrished more than just a "work friend", are starting to leave one by one.
From my flatmates/housemates, to everyone who was considered a foreigner working in singapore.

They all left to either start their new adventure, or simply just to take a long break.

I simply couldnt accept the fact that i lost a colleague either every month or every week.

It was a huge emotional turmoil, (at that time) i felt sad, lonely, angry, dissapointed. Mostly, i felt lost.

DECEMBER
A lot of things didnt kicked off,
Lots of expectations was missed, and our "GRAND" project for the company was delayed, which meant canceled. Which meant bad news is coming...

This picture was the remaining family...
It was a fun day..i thought the worst was over...

But i was wrong

the worse was yet to come......

2012

2012

I learned that, Moments never last, but memories last a lifetime. :)

(The Animation Team 2012)

It was a RISING year....
From only 11 people, to a maximum production crew of nearly 100 within one year itself.

It was a GREAT experience working with some of the industries finest and most talented artist.
We pushed an enormous amount of quality and at the same time, trying to enjoy the process.

I called this team and this era of my life, "The Golden Wagon"
Why Golden wagon?
Because every day was precious like gold.
Everyday was a new learning experience filled with knowledge both soft and hard skills.
Expanding territories of networking broader than just an Animator.
The crew bonded great.

(Dinner party at Big Boss's House)

We were more than a team, we were FAMILY.
One thing i learned so precious is to achieve this state in life working, to make the moments last a lifetime, and a memory worth remimbering.

2012 went by so fast. It was just a mere BLINK of an EYE.
